Authorities Wednesday identified the 64-year-old climber who died on Mount Hood over the weekend. Patrick Michael Stretch of Spokane, Washington died after he fell about 500 feet while working his way down the mountain Sunday, May 30, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.
