Can you have BBQs at Haven?
As long as you protect the ground and be courteous of neighbours and gas bottles we allow you to bring a BBQ, paving slabs can be provided to protect our grass. Every Haven site we have had our own portable BBQs and have had no come backs.

Do haven caravans have towels?
In such cases, the caravan will be deep cleaned before the next guests’ arrival. ^Towels are not included.

Is there WIFI in Haven caravans?
There is free wifi in all venues, the live lounge, mash & barrel, owners lounge & main reception. All you have to do is accept the T&C’s, once you do this the main Haven page will show up and you are good to go 🙂 Ye there is wifi but not in caravans!
Can I upgrade my haven caravan?
Accommodation is normally allocated upon your arrival at park, get ahead of the crowd and choose the caravan that suits you for a small reservation fee. If you fancy a little more space, you can upgrade for an additional fee.
Can I check in earlier at Haven?
If securing your space in advance is important to you, then you’ll have the opportunity to pre-book daytime sessions plus one evening entertainment session in advance of your holiday. This can be done from 14 days before you need the table at haven.com/experience or via the My Haven app.
