As per the eligibility of GATE 2022, there is no age limit to apply for GATE exam 2022 . Candidates have to fulfill the GATE eligibility criteria 2022 failing which, they will not be allowed to appear for the national level engineering postgraduate entrance test.

Can we attempt GATE in 3rd year?
As per the newly changes introduced from the year 2021, candidates who have successfully completed their 10+2+2 or 10+3+1 are eligible to apply. Also those who are currently appearing in the 3rd year of their UG degree/ higher years of study or graduated in any Govt.
