It has a melt-in-your mouth quality that I like. When eaten with the frosting and cake the Renshaw fondant just kind of melts away and is indistinguishable from the frosting. It doesn’t have any bold flavor of its own so all you taste (and feel in your mouth) is the cake and frosting.
