How do I pay my aqua bill?
You can pay your Aqua water bill using a credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or by check by calling Speedpay toll free at 866.269. 2906.
Why is my aqua card blocked?
If your credit card is unexpectedly declined, call your card provider to find out why. It may be that they’ve spotted unusual activity on your card or that fraudulent payments have taken you close to your spending limit.
Does aqua freeze interest?
If you have been paying the minimum payments to Aqua Card, you may have received a letter asking you to increase your monthly payment. Many of our debt management customers have debts with Aqua Card and they are very responsive to freezing interest and charges, though they are not obliged to do so.
Can I pay aqua card with cash?
Simply complete and hand in the Giro Credit Slip with the cheque or cash (some banks may charge a fee). You’ll need to check that your payment will reach your account by the payment due date and make sure the amount covers the contractual minimum payment, which will vary depending on how much you’ve spent on your card.
How long does a payment take to clear aqua?
If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, your payment will come out of your bank account approximately 17 days after the date your statement is issued each month.
What happens if I freeze my aqua card?
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE PAYMENT FREEZE? You will need to start making your monthly payments again and the term of your loan will be extended as per the new payments schedule we send you.
Is Aqua owned by Halifax?
Aqua is a trademark of SAV Credit Ltd, which is used by Halifax plc under licence. SAV runs its own business, vets its applicants and sets its own rates, so Halifax’s involvement is minimal.
